Newly arrived on the Zuidas, Restaurant HORTA brings the sun-soaked flavours of the Spanish Levante and Catalonia to Amsterdam Zuid. Named after the fertile Horta de Valencia, our kitchen is led by Valencian chef Polo Alemany and built around the arroces he grew up with, from seafood rice and arroz del senyoret to a jet-black arroz negre with octopus. Alongside the paellas you will find shared tapas such as pan con tomate, salpicon de pulpo and croquetas de jamon, cuts like entrecot and chuleton, and Catalan sweets such as crema catalana and Basque cheesecake.
