Auberge cuisine Française is a classic French bistro on the Albert Cuypstraat in De Pijp, Amsterdam. Recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Auberge serves the French dishes you dream about - bouillabaisse with North Sea fish and shellfish, grilled whole sole with beurre noisette, boeuf bourguignon with chicken liver cream, duck confit with du Puy lentils, and crispy ris de veau with walnut and mushrooms. Start with escargots and Parma ham, steak tartare or the signature onion tarte Tatin with Gruyère. Finish with rich chocolate mousse, sticky date cake, or a selection of five French cheeses with Joke's jam. All main courses are served with La Ratte potato purée. Under the culinary direction of Chef Max and the team behind Michelin-starred Restaurant 212, De Juwelier and Bistro de la Mer.
