The kitchen, under the direction of Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot, gives classic French fish and seafood recipes a fresh, down-to-earth twist. Think turbot roasted on the bone, monkfish Rossini with foie gras and dashi, rich bisque with salted lemon, gamba roja, and North Sea crab. The oyster bar serves freshly shucked oysters alongside an expertly curated wine list with a focus on French and European producers. Sister restaurant to De Juwelier, just a few doors down, and part of the group behind Restaurant 212, Auberge, Kama and Dún Terschelling. Open for lunch and dinner, à la carte only.
