SALUT is a vibrant allday spot in the heart of De Pijp, Amsterdam (Gerard Doustraat98), offering a full rhythm: from morning coffee and croissants, to lunch, dinner and latenight cocktails. The kitchen serves FrenchMediterranean comfort dishes - think fresh salads and sandwiches, steak&frites, fish and seafood with Zeeland/North Sea influence, and seasonal specials prepared with care. The interior, designed by Belgian studio JPMeyer&Co, is playful and bold, with yellow tones, rich textures and a hint of Parisian glamour.
